| our process |
- Initial consultation
We’ll talk about your needs, budget, what you are looking to accomplish to determine if we are a good match for each other.
- Draw up contacts / set the budget and timeline
We use standard industry contracts to ensure the project, budget and outcome are clearly defined and expectations are met. We will always be willing to go over any aspect of the contract with you.
- Have initial design meeting, information gathering
At this point, we gather from you all the relevant information you can bring to the table. Sites you like/hate, colors you like, ideas, competitors, goals, etc. We ask a lot of questions to try to get as in-depth an idea of what you want as possible.
- Collect first installation or downpayment
As specified in your contract, we will collect the first installment or down payment for the project.
- Come up with designs for you
Once your contracts are signed, the deposit is received, and we’ve had our initial design meeting, we will create the design and submit a first draft to you for revisions.
- Go through the revision process as dictated by your contract
Your revision process may vary in accordance with what we have negotiated in your contract. Regardless of how many revisions are included in your plan, it is imperative to add in as many things that you want revised as you can possibly think of; it’s always better to revise early in the game. We will then take your feedback and incorporate it into your design. There will always be an hourly cost listed in your contract should you decide you want more revisions than initially accounted for in your contract.
- Collect final payment
Before your site is built (or work delivered), we will collect your final payment.
- Build site
As soon as payment is received, we will build your site (or deliver the final product).
